A tasting is a hosted group visit: four to eight creators, one venue, usually an hour or two, with a set menu or open bar. The restaurant picks the table, you enjoy the evening, and you post about it. That is the whole thing, and it is genuinely a nice night out.
How you get selected
Restaurants choose their table based on three things: your following, the visits you have driven before, and the quality of your content. Higher tiers get priority, so the more you show up and convert, the more often you get picked.

- At least one Reel or TikTok
- Plus two Stories
- Within seven days, venue tagged, with a clear ad disclosure

The unwritten rules
Show up when you say you will. One no-show lowers your selection priority, and two within six months suspends your account. Be genuine about the food. The restaurants that host again are the ones whose creators clearly enjoyed themselves, and audiences can always tell.
